A Very Naughty Girl Indeed

New fuel pump fitted…..leaking from the top ring where the “hat” meets the main body. Fuel all under the car running down onto the sump and bell housing. At least the fuel pump i donated to the Dutch travellers in Syria was replaced by them in Jordan so we had the spare ready and waiting in the spares box. I also made the SILLY (monumentally SILLY) mistake of using a wratchet to turn the crank pully (distonnected the fuel stop wire thankfully) to turn the cam to the correct place to fit the pump. Upon starting i forgot the wratchet….Spinning round undoing the crank pully bolt but luckily the car didn’t start as i’d also forgot the wire for the stop solenoid. So no damage done but it could have been VERY BAD !!!!
